Its about time!! =3

Ok, i noe its been MONTHS since i last touched this blog. Have been too busy *ahem* i mean lazy to blog =P And what's worse, i was spending like 10 mins infront of the screen, trying to remember the login password for my gmail acct ._."

Excuses aside, first off shall be the updates of the past few months. Hmm.. I don't really know what to say but life is really on a standstill now. Realli not much to look forward everyday coz of the "routinised" lifestyle I am, or rather, every male in sg has to go thru.. You all shld noe what i mean =P And i can't think of anything special that happened during these few months >.< I've been living like a scarecrow all this while i guess, with a body but without a mind.

Worse thing is that my unit is those veri "siao on" type of unit. So entitlements become priviliges and priviliges cease to exist! =/ 5-day work weeks dun exist in my company too. Even off oso have to pay back =_=

Looking at my friends outside going for studies, be it local or overseas, or others going to working life makes me feel so sian and jealous. After 2 yrs in army life, i tink most likely i will forget all the stuff learned in school. Ohs wells, guess there's no other choice other than to pull thru it or like what NS ppl always say, "suck thumb and do it!" Haha. Glad i have friends inside camp who are hardcore readers, super knowledgable ppl. They are my link to the outer world in camp! =D

Realli miss the school days, especially poly days! So much freedom and fun. LOLs. Also miss hanging out wif my sec skl and poly friends and all the craziness that happened in the past. Haven seen all of u guys for months. Forgive me if i need time to recognise u all when i meet u outside. =P LOL. Arrgghh, LET ME RETURN TO THE PAST!! RAWR!

Emo things aside, now for the more optimistic things.. At least i got more $$ now that i dun spend much. And oso ns keep giving extra money de. Haha. IPPT, marksman and stuff. Must go earn all of them while i still can do it!

Apart from money, another good thing in camp is that i dun have to worry about what to eat for meals! haha. Always have headache trying to decide what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner outside.

Shrugs.. 4 18am le. Guess its time to go zzz soon.

End of BMT

Going thru the GP today marks the end of my 13 weeks in Tekong island. That is after the 24km march which left 2 big blisters and many other sore spots on my body >_<

Well, all i have to say is that the course wasn't as tough as i expected it to be. Although there are ups and downs, but i still enjoy the BMT here overall.

Gonna miss all my commanders and platoon mates especially those from my section. Lots of jokers arnd to keep me entertained everyday in camp! XD

Its been super long since I last updated my blog. Well, I juz finished the 6th week of my BMT today :D

With 7 more weeks to go, I just feel that time in NS really flies man. I remembered feelin' realli sian before booking in last week and now, it is over even before i noe it. Maybe its becos we are having too much slacking time in NS =P

But then again, field camp is coming up next week, so its going to be a tough time liao >< 6 days in a forest without light at night.. I dun even wanna imagine how life will be over there. And what makes me sian more isn't the field camp itself, but the fact that we have to wash ALL our equipment after coming back from the field camp. 6 days no rest already shag enuff and still have to do all these stuff -_- Haiz..

On a side note, I realised after spending a month in NS, I just cannot get used to seeing people wear clothes of many different colors other than Green, Brown, Black and white. Whenever i book out, my eyes just feels very funny when I look around =/ Wonder if it happens to anyone else.

Officially back for the first time in 2 weeks

Finally survived the confinement period of NS. Its actually veri fast, especially the first few days. Bleh. Its realli nothing much imo. Actually, i felt that overall, the enviroment is good. And most important, the food is actually edible!! Wahahaha

For my NS life: *Inserts all the sensitive info*

Sorry, can't blog anything about the army. Must be secretive or else i will put the whole country in jeopardy =P haha.

Anyway, here is one saying for NS that i can't agree more: "Do first and ask later!"

Basically, it means u do whatever stuff or shit ur commanders tell u to do first. Do not ask them anything unless u enjoy the feeling of getting yelled, screamed, spanked etc at. Haha. After finishing the task, feel free to ask, or joke wif them =P

2 weeks out of 13 weeks over liao. 11 more weeks to go! Must perservere!! Wahahaha!

Last day of freedom(at least wun enjoy much during the next 2 years)

Going to be a NS(National Slavery)man in 13 hours time. 2 years of my life will be wasted just like that >_<

I am gonna miss my nice mattress and pillow and of cuz all my peeps. Hopefully can see some of my friends in tekong. Hahaz.

Not sure when I will be booking out too.. Or rather, I am still wondering when my confinement will end. Hopefully it ends on the 26th sept. 2 weeks is more than enough already!! ><

To end it all, Bye Bye everyone! Time has officially frozen for me, and it won't thaw until 2 years later on the 14th sept 2010! Haha.

Time to update my blog before it becomes dead for good. There's still 3 weeks to my NS. And i realli wanna aim to pass Nafa test! Grrr! Can save 2 mths of my life =D

Today met up wif poly peeps Gary and Wei Keong at Bugis for lunch. Then walked all the way under the rain to kallang leisure park to watch "Meet Dave". My feet became uber wet as a result and it felt realli uncomfortable man!

As for the movie, it is realli funny at certain parts. Mostly at the beginning. In the later parts, it became more of a romantic-comedy kind of show. But overall, its still a great movie and its worth watching =D

Movie Spree

Watched 4 movies in a week. lolz. I tink that's about my highest record.

1. Love Guru

Watched last friday wif my sec skl peeps Clemz, Mani and Junius. Well, the story is not bad and some parts are rather funny, especially the Bible part. Oops. No offence to Christians =X Haha. And of cuz Jessica Alba is still sooo hot in the film even in her hindi dressup =X LOLz.

2. The Mummy: Tomb Of The Dragon Emperor

Hmm.. Watched this movie wif wei keong and my NYP peeps Vic and Wan Rong last sat.. Starting wasn't realli that nice.. Bud towards the adventure part, the story starts to build up its pace and of cuz more actions start coming up.. Especially the car and horse-drawn cart chase scene. lolz.

Overall, the story is nice. Oni that the ending is kind of lame.. -_- Jet Li seems like a mute in the film since he doesn't realli speak much, save for shouting at the top of his lungs to "motivate" his terra-cotta army.

3. Money No Enough 2

Watched on Monday wif my brozz Ricky and Guang Hui at vivo city. Sad to say, i still think money no enough 1 is nicer =( but this movie does have its funny parts too. Especially during the opening scene, where ppl are scene staging a riot due to the "EPRs" (ERP in reality).

Like the first movie, it is shown in hokkien. So for those who don't understand or speak hokkien, its best to get a friend who does to go with you. Haha. Cuz reading the subtitles alone doesn't really tell the joke. =X

4. Journey to the Centre of the Earth

Just watched today wif Wei keong at DBG cathay. Well, the only drawback of this movie is the duration. Its only an hour and 20 mins i would say.. Too short!! >_<>< I'm super broke now and have to start saving money again. Haiz..

On a side note, many thanks to Gary for treating me $10 worth of tokens as my b-dae present. I did have some achievements and also managed to pump pts with those credits XD Also many thanks to Wei keong for buying me a Nike sling bag as my b-dae present! XD and of cuz my brozz Guang Hui and Ricky for the bowling treat and food =D

You guys made my 20th Birthday so special =X LOLz!

HoHoHo! Currently leading the life of no life. Everyday just stay home slack + sleep + rot + whatever u can think of -_-

Anyway, there's still a good 2 mths before NS. More or less, my life for this period of time wun change much.. I wun be expecting much changes either.

Anyway, went to watch red cliff today wif my Wei keong and my NYP peeps victor, wan rong and philana at Plaza sing. Well, the movie is a good 3 hrs long!! -_- and i fell asleep many times during the middle part, where there's not much action. Oni when the alliance of Sun Quan and Liu Bei started discussing about how to destroy Cao Cao's large naval fleet, the movie ended -_-

Must realli go watch the part 2 of this movie.

After movie, we went mos burger to have dinner + chill chill before all of them went home. Headed to bugis after that and left arnd 11 30. Lolz =D

Sad to say, nothing much has happened to my already-boring life recently. Basically, I am just staying home all day long, with nothing to do and stuff -.-

June 3 2008

Settler's Cafe

Met my polymates Chris, Gary and Wei Keong for dinner at Settler's cafe(located at Clarke Quay). It's also considered our "Last" outing since Wei keong is going in NS on 5th June and Gary is going in on 13th June.

Had dinner and then played board games till about 10pm. Oso took some pics. haha.

Left the place at about 10pm, then headed to mac for supper before going off. Gary, Chris and me went home while wei keong went to meet his friends for overnight karaoke. lolz.

Here, i juz wanna thank wei keong for accompanying me and being my good "GP" these few days(Friday to tuesday to be precise =X) haha. Great to have u as a listener for my probs and I hope I have been a good listener to ur probs as well.

I realli enjoyed these past few days where we will walk arnd for hours and hours just chatting. haha. Makes time go super fast and I realli felt much better after sharing my probs wif u. Hmm.. Maybe its becos both of us have the same kind of prob? =X Haha. That's why we got along so well.

Met my brozz Ricky and Guang Hui and Siew Ling? haha. Hope i din get her name wrong.. =P for Kbox since Ricky is going NS on friday the 13th! =X

Went to the Kbox at Lucky Chinatown arnd 6pm and sang all the way till 8pm. It was fun esp when we were taking pics and Ricky's candid shots realli made us rofl.

After kbox, we headed to mac to chat + gossip arnd until 10pm or so before heading home.

Happiness is like a contagious disease, it can spread from one person to another without knowing it. When you see ur friends feeling happy, you will feel happy for them too.

However, there's an "antidote" or rather, immunity to this contagious disease. It is known as sadness. When one has sadness, he or she will be immune to the contagious disease known as happiness.

So to all my frens, don't ever consume this wrongly-produced antidote to happiness. Must maintain a smile everyday ya? =DDD

Recent life..

Hmmz.. Tink this is gonna be long.. Shall be summarising abit about what happened recently.

WARNING: Details may not be correct due to my STM. My sincere apologies in adv =P

1. Saturday (24/5/08)

A rather sian day in the morning since there's nothing for me to do. Met the DM kakis Chee Kiong and his GF, David and Gary to watch Chocolate at night.

The movie is of cuz super shiok! Those who watched Tom Yum Goong or Ong Bak by Tony Jaa, you will know what i mean XD I love all the action and the lead actress Yanin Vismistananda's performance is super cool too. Her movements can easily beat most kung fu actors flat. Hahaz.

For anyone who loves action, well, this is the right movie to watch! XD

2. Sunday (24/05/08)

A PS'ed day. lolz. Supposed to meet Wei keong, then still got our colleague Wan Rong and her friend for ice-skating. Hmm. bud in the end, oni Wei Keong turned up. And we went to watch What Happens In Vegas instead.

Although it looks like a typical story with a love-hate relationship, i din noe why i was sooo addicted to it after watching it. Hahaz. If only all love stories in real life were to be like that, life will be much more fun! XD

After watching, well, walked all the way to Kallang for dinner. Chat as we walked and the journey felt ALOT shorter. Lolz.

After makan, took 61 home.

3. Wednesday (28/5/2008)

Today was both a Happy and unhappy day! lolz!. Ok for the happy part, our boss took us to Swensens for lunch. And of cuz have free food and ice cream XD I had fish and chips. well, its super filling >< Managed to crap abit with the superiors at work. haha. Which is quite rare since everyone is always in serious-mode when i see them =P

Then here comes the unhappy part. After lunch it was about 2 30pm. we took cab back to the office. Since Wei Keong and I have to attend Graduation ceremony at 4 30pm, we left the office after lunch. I realised I had forgotten to bring my I.C, which was required for us to collect the transcript. So of cuz i have to travel all the way back home from NYP. Arrrghhh.. And worse still, it was raining heavily >< To make things worse, the Iris information board showed that my bus will be arriving in 25 MINS when i reach the bus stop at orchard. I was realli pissed off.

Bud anyway, i just took 16 to tiong bahru and then 195 to lower delta and finally 131 back home. The whole journey took almost an hr -.- realli wth. After reaching home and getting the I.C, have to leave striaght away for school. Arrived at about 4 15. Thank god 15 mins before time ^^

The graduation ceremony was actually veri boring =X Twice I nearly fell asleep. Oops. After the ceremony, me and my poly gang Cara, Junze, Belinda and her bf Tommy and Gary went to Gelare at City link for dinner.

Had a Sandwhich meal and again its super filling XD After eating, sat there and chat + gossip till about 10 30 before going home.

Friday (30/5/08)

Last day of work at NYP Finance Dept. LOLz. But of cuz its the busiest. Since I had many things to clear before i leave. Basically, i was working non-stop for the day. Other than lunch break. In the end, still din manage to clear everything ><

Well, my working experience there was realli great. The people there were friendly and the working enviroment is good. So i was abit sad to leave this place. Hahaz. After work, me, wei keong and my colleagues Victor, Wan Rong and Philana went to watch Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull at cineleisure.

Having watched all the previous 3 films, of cuz i love Indiana Jones! XD yea, so the fourth film was no exception. It was great. Harrison Ford doesn't look like a 66-year-old man when he plays Indi. Still as agile as before XD I'd give this film 2 thumbs up.

After the movie, Philana and Wan Rong left. So we accompanied them to the MRT Station. Haiz. Dunno when will I be able to meet my colleagues again. lolz. Everyone is either going to Uni or NS. LOLz. Lets all meet up again someday ya? Will remember all the happy times spent wif u guys XD

Wei Keong, victor and me went to a LAN shop at Meridian Shopping to play dota. The place is realli zzzz. No ppl wanna play LAN -_- Most were either playing among themselves or using battle.net. So we had no choice but to play b.net.

Left after 3 games to catch train home.

Aww.. The weather has been realli warm these days!! Like what one of my friend said in his msn nick, Its really Free sauna everyday! >.<

Everyday when i just step out of my hse, i will start sweating le. Haiz. To all my peeps: Muz drink more water and dun fall sick! =D

Anyway, today I went to James' B'dae bash wif Cara, belinda and ahs fooks. The funny thing is I dun realli noe James that well and i still went. hahaz. Too bad Junze aka Ginger din make it cuz he gotta celebrate mother's days with his family and Darlie oso din come cuz he went Parkway Parade.

Met Cara and Bel at abt 3pm at city hall to go buy a present for James. Ah fook was with his frens and wld oni meet as later at James' place. Walk arnd and ended up at newurbanmale, where we bought him a singlet with the words "I declare myself Mr Scandal."
It costs abt $69 and we split among 5 ppl. So 1 person is roughly $14 liddat.

After that, went to Precious Thots at Marina Sq to buy the wrapping for the present and went to mac for a snack. Left the place at about 5pm to take train to Aljunied MRT and from there take bus to James' place.

The b'dae party was ok. But the sad thing is I dunno most of James' friends. So I just sit there quietly and oni tok to Cara and Bel. hahaz. so sadded. The party(or rather, our grp) became more lively oni after fook arrived. lolz. Since he is the usual joker wif his GL and kiam pa face. LOL.

Stayed there till about 9 plus before deciding to leave.. Bud we couldn't find James' to say goodbye so in the end juz dragged till about 10pm while playing wif the water from swimming pool e.g pouring teh tarik lolz.

After we left, we took train from Aljunied MRT. Bel went to her bf's place at Yishun while me, ah fook and Cara went to makan at Red Hill till about 12am before sharing cab home.

Its now May the 1st. Happy Labour day to all! =D

Yesssh, today I am finally able to take a break from work. Haha. Soooo tired having to wake up at 7am daily and travel all the way to NYP >< I haven't got enough sleep for the past 5 days. haiz..

But coming to think of it, I have been working for 3 weeks O.o din even realise that. Haha. The working enviroment there is not bad. The people working there are nicer and more sociable compared to those at my ITP office. Haha. Where I can oni talk to my colleagues in my project grp. The oni bad thing about this job is that there's NO OT PAY!!!! >=( Even the perm stuff oso dun have. Wth! And i see them doing OT most of the time -.-

As for the work, sometimes I can really be so busy until I cannot find time to even take a breather while at other times, I can slack ALL DAY! =X LOLz.

Most of my friends got their NS enlistment letter le. Haha. So good luck to them ^^ Some enlisting in june, while others sep and oct. Haiz. I still haven't received mine. So not sure when i will enlist... Who noes? Maybe next year? -.-

Wow. Its been realli long since my last post. Always veri lazy to blog. haha.

I shall write a quick summary of my recent life

1. Class chalet from 7th april to 10th april

Yea, it was a fun chalet i shld say. Haha. Lots of crazy stuff going on everyday and of cuz lots of good food thx to Belinda's bf Tommy ^^

Oso took lots of pictures wif Darlie's Nikon D80. He has become the official photographer of our grp =D The oni sian day was the second day i shld say. Wasted one whole day travelling from the chalet back to Boon Lay to pass Daryl his hse keys since he forgot to bring them.

2. Looking for a jobbbbbb!!!

Right after chalet on my way home, i got a call asking me if I interested in a temporary Job position at NYP. Then went home to send the resume before realising i sent the email w/o attaching the resume =.= Why am I always so kayu sia?? Haiz.

Anyway, they arranged an interview for me on tuesday 15th April. This is my FIRST interview in my whole life. But surprisingly, i wasn't nervous at all. haha. Maybe its becos i was realli tired that day. Not used to waking up so early in the morning le.

The interview went quite smoothly, although in the end, it seemed that they won't call me to start work. haha. After interview, i went back home to take a nap and halfway, my fone rang again. I was told that i got the job! =D

So in the evening, went down to JE to sign some papers and contracts before starting work the next day.

3. Collecting Graduation robe + watch forbidden kingdom

On saturday 19th april, I went down to Serangoon Broadway to collect my Poly Graduation robe wif my peeps Gary and Wei Keong. Wasted alot of time in the morning cuz we went to the wrong place. Supposed to alight at Potong Pasir bud in the end, alighted at Serangoon MRT -.- making the process 3 hours + long. zzz

After collecting the robe, we went down to Marina Sq to meet Clarence, Cara and Junze to watch Forbidden kingdom. The movie ROX! haha. Lots of action and the storyline is quite interesting. Not to mention the good-looking female leads Liu Yi Fei and Li Bing Bing ^^

So for those who haven't watched it, better go watch it! haha.

The movie is 2 hrs long. We then headed to Pizza hut for dinner before Gary and Wei Keong left. lolz. The rest of us went to Bugis for awhile before taking train home

Oh Yes!! Finally Class Chalet is coming tml! Haha. The 1 month wait is super unbearable XD Especially when I have nothing to do all this time =X

Friday 28-3-2008

Went Changi Airport with my poly buddies Daryl, Clarence aka sales, Wei keong and Gary. Daryl wanted to tryout his new Nikon DSLR camera there =/

The place din realli change alot. Its no different from the last time I saw it. We went to all the 3 terminals to take photos + rot. Then went to terminal 3 to chat about ghost stories and stuff until 9pm -.- Dunno why suddenly got so many ghost stories to share Haha. Espcially Gary, who is doing the talking most of the time.

After that, we went to buy drinks before heading to BK rot summore. LOLz. What a rotting day. Then went to Bedok for supper with Gary, Wei Keong and Daryl before going home.

Went to Desmond's Birthday Party cum chalet at Aloha resort. Met Clarence and Daryl and Jackson at school first to play dota =X Haha. Played till about 6pm before taking train to Pasir Ris. By the time we reached there, all of us were super hungry. And Daryl keep "entertaining" us wif his Jokes =X Haha.

The place is SUPER DUPER hard to locate. From Pasir Ris MRT, have to take bus 354 to Downtown East resort then walk into a dark and uluu place for about 15 mins =.=

When we finally reached there, it was like 8pm? Haha. Desmond got LOTS of friends. Well, his network is huge =P so can't blame him. lolz. Had buffet dinner and chat before all of us took a grp foto. As for the Birthday Cake, it is realli veri cute!! Haha. Its in the shape of a tortise =X

Went home at arnd 10pm to catch the shuttle bus to Pasir Ris MRT. Then took train home. On the way, we took some photos wif Daryl's cam. haha. Alot of crazy photos until i also abit lazy to post them here =X

Thursday 3-4-2008

Today was supposed to be a normal day. All of a sudden, my sec skl peep Junius asked me if I wanna watch movie wif him and Akram(another sec skl fren of mine). Haha. Met at Cineleisure at arnd 4pm. We were supposed to watch Step Up 2. But the tickets were sold out for the 5pm show and we din wanna watch it later. So we settled for THREE KINGDOMS! haha.

Overall, the movie is not THAT bad.. Altho it is not realli historically accurate. lolz. After the movie, we went Paragon to look for sony stuff. Akram then drove me home and I managed to catch the 9pm Ch8 Drama! haha. Thanks alot man! =D

Saturday 5-4-2008

Met the poly gang Fook Yuen, Daryl, Cara, Junze and Belinda wif her bf Tommy at CCK to buy stuffs for Chalet.

Took LRT from CCK MRT to 10-mile junction. Its my first time taking LRT actually =X But i did try to avoid acting like a sua-ku =X hahaz. The place is veri big and there are lots of things to shop. But the guys mostly act as basket-carriers while the girls do the shopping. lolz.

After doing shopping, Belinda and Tommy took bus home while the rest took LRT to CCK stn and went home from there.

Ok. Shall stop for here now. Must faster go pack my stuff for tml's chalet =D Signin' off

Watched Rule#1 with my Brozz Ricky and Guang Hui at Cineleisure. The show was kinda lame and not as scary as i thought. Well.. Maybe its becos I've watched too much horror movies till i become immune le =X

Fiona Xie's acting at this show was not bad. She is totally different from what ppl always see in ch8 dramas. Not those cute cute type of girl anymore. hahaz. thumbs up ^^

Overall, I will give this movie 3 out of 5 stars ba.. due to the not-so-good storyline.

To those who haven't watched this, its worth watching for a few "scares" Haha.

Celebrated Sing Thai's Bdae at Pastamania at Bugis today.

Supposed to meet at 1pm. bud in the end everyone was late. Haha. Well. Apart from him, I am still earliest =X Waited till about 2pm liddat before everyone came.

He bought a b'dae cake from Polar Puffs and Cakes. lol. It is nice of cuz. Gary gave him a pair of 7A drumsticks. Haha. And he used it to FC Mascarada Ext. WOoo. So power siah! =D

As usual, woke up at about 12pm liddat in the afternoon. LOL. whole house is very quiet. My Mom went to Genting highlands wif my aunts, my Dad went out while my sis went to work. No wonder i slept till so late Haha =X

Skipped lunch and rot at home till about 3pm before going DBG. No mood to eat nowadays. Haiz..

Then watched Meet The Spartans at Dhoby Ghaut Cathay wif Eileen. Haha. Well, the movie is 100 percent lame! Especially that GTA part. I shld say it is the exact opposite of the original 300. They totally de-dramatized the story. Haha. And i realli OTL to Nicole Parker's performance in this movie. She played the roles of Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton etc. Haha. So power!

After watching the movie, we went PS to look for the usual DM kakis. Hmm... Bud din seem to find them there. So headed down to bugis for dinner before going home.

The first thing i got in the morning when i woke up was Stomachache! Haiz. Must be the chicken rice i ate on sat. Grrrr!! Not eating there anymore, or at least I wun be eating there for a long time.

Then went to meet Gary at orchard MRT before going Le Meridian for lunch. After lunch, we headed down to Takashimaya to look at toys. haha. Spent almost 2 hrs there before finally going bugis for a few games of DM.

Gary had to leave after that for jamming, so I went home to zzz.

Nothing going on for the whole day. LOL. Just stay at home rot till nite time before going bugis to makan dinner wif Gary + DM.

Went to Daryl's house today. Before that, I met Fook Yuen at JP for lunch.

At Daryl's house, he was waiting for the LCD TV he bought last week at the IT show to come. So we just sit around and chat + rot. At about 6 30, the TV finally came. and after assembling it and setting the channels etc, we watched the 7pm drama. Hmm.. Its veri clear. The $899 was well spent! Haha.

After watching the drama, Me and Fook Yuen went to JP for dinner, then go Courts to see furnitures + walk walk to help digest the food before going home =D

From tml onwards, must realli start to exercise abit. NAPFA coming next week! >< Hopefully tml no rain! Haha.

Today(7/3/2008), I went to the IT Show wif my poly gang Daryl, Fook Yuen, Junze, Cara and Isaac @ Suntec Convention Centre. Long time no see them already.

Met everyone at 12pm at City Hall MRT stn. I was kinda late cuz I left house at 11 50am. Din expect everyone to be so punctual =P But of cuz I am not the latest since got Mr Late King Fook Yuen arnd =X

We headed straight to the IT show at the convention centre after that. First thing I thought was like... "Wow! So many things to see" See till my eyes abit blur le cuz the whole IT show is from levels 4 to 6 if i dun remember wrongly. So many stalls selling digi cams at good prices. Bud the sad thing is that i do nt have $$ to buy any of them =( I dunno why I am always broke when there are IT fairs or IT shows going on -.-

Daryl bought a 32" LCD TV at $899 and they told him it will be delivered to his place after the IT Show which is most probably next week. After that, we headed to KFC at Marina Square for lunch. Everyone had 2 pc Chicken meal. LOL. so qiao! XD

Took our own time to eat and rot and chat before we walked arnd suntec till 5 30pm. We then decided to go back to the IT Show to see more Digi cams. Oni managed to look at Sony and Nikon ones. No money see le oso dun feel like buying.

We then went to Suntec again and rot at Carrefour sofa area. LOL. We felt so comfortable on the sofa that no one wanted to leave. Just feel like sitting down there and chatting till nite time. At about 7 30pm, we went to the foodcourt to makan dinner. Oni Fook Yuen, Junze and me makan. The rest just watched us eat. Hahaz.

After dinner, we went to the fountain of wealth to rot for awhile till about 10pm before going to MRT stn to take train home. Everyone except me took the train heading to boon lay. I went to bugis to meet Gary. Played a game of DM before zao'ing home to zzz. Awww... I realli deproved after stopping DM for the past week. ><

This is going to be a very outdated post. Shall be blogging about my Brozz Ricky and Guang Hui's chalet i went to last week. I will try my veri veri best to make tis post short and simple as there are too many things that happened during the chalet =X

Ok now for the summation of days 1 to 4

Day 1 25/2/2008

Went to check in first. The place is uber huge! Got 4 bedrooms, one large living room and dining room and oso got kitchen and 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms. Shiok! The oni drawback i can say is the location. Haha. Which is at Pasir Ris Park, a uber ulu place. ><

After checking in and awwing the place, we settled down in the master bed room to slack until afternoon before going out to buy BBQ food for tml and oso makan dinner.

Bought $120+ worth of bbq food and drinks.. Sooo ex. Haha. Then had to take cab back to the chalet since 3 ppl couldn't possibly carry everything by hand.

At nite, we marinated the chicken wings. Haha. My bro Ricky's marinating skills is superb. The aroma of the marinated chicken made me feel so hungry =) After marinating the chicken, we watched the 9pm Ch8 Drama before having instant mee for supper.

Its then bed time le. Bud as usual, the first nite is the hardest to sleep. So we watched Night at the Museum on Guang Hui's laptop. Its still sooo nice altho i haven watched it for so long. Haha.

Day 2 26/2/2008

Supposed to wake up at 9 15 to go out buy seafood. in the end, me and Guang Hui woke up at 10 30 =X oops. Slept like a pig Haha! Then bathe + brush teeth before going down to Giant superstore to makan breakfast + buy seafood. The place was soooo cold, so i had Laksa for breakfast to warm up.. of cuz in the end, got abit of stomachache ><

After buying the seafood and some stuffs for chalet, we headed back by cab and started to marinate the seafood. Haha. When we finished everything, it was like 3pm or so. So we went back to the bedroom to slack while waiting for ppl to come.

BBQ started at 7pm liddat, by then there were like 20 ppl le.. Everything went normally till Ricky injured his leg by accidently crashing into a glass door.. The large gash made by the glass is so scary and he was bleeding profusely. So Guang Hui took him to Changi Hospital A and E. Me and Mani and Guang Hui's frens helped cleaned up the mess. No mood to eat after that. And worse still, the management still demand to pay for the broken glass door at $500!! ><

After clearing up everything, me and mani and Guang Hui's frens played poker till 11pm when most of the ppl started leaving. Oni me, Guang Hui and Ricky and 3 of his frens stayed over for the second nite.

We were also forced to move to another unit cuz the management din want anything to happen again. lol. Spent about an hour or so to clear up everything and move over to a new and smaller unit =(

By the time we settled down, it was already close to 3am le. Haha. Suddenly out of the blue, I got an Sms from Eileen saying good luck for tml's results. Omg! oni then did i realise that on wednesday, we were supposed to check our results and i din have internet access at the chalet ><

Bud i din let it bother me, just went to sleep le. Too tired. lolz

Day 3 27/2/2008

First thing in the morning when i wake up, was ask Daryl helped me check results. He said i got 4.0 semester Gpa and 2.37 cumulative GPA =( So disappointed wif my results. Shld have done better during year 1 and 2. Now GPA so low, wanna go Uni oso cannot le =( Haiz

For the rest of the day, din realli feel like enjoying le. Firstly my results so cmi. and secondly, my Bro Ricky's injury made him almost immobile le =P So just stayed in bed the whole day and rot. Haha.

Till about 7pm liddat, I "Booked out" of chalet to meet Gary at Bugis. LOL. After 2 days of isolation at the chalet, i feel so weird going out to bugis. Anyway, Gary and me makan'ed + DM'ed till 11pm before heading back to the east. He alighted at Simei while i took train all the way to pasir ris. It was 12am when i arrived at the interchange and I nearly missed the last bus to the chalet. Hahaz.

When i reached, Guang Hui and his frens were planning to go cycling during midnite, bud Ricky and me stayed behind the chalet. I just wanna sleep. Hahaz. I feel that this chalet, i am the one who slept the most =X

Day 4 28/2/2008

Woke up at about 9am today. Today is the day to check out. Haha. So fast already 4 days over. We slowly packed and dragged till 11 30 liddat before we finished checking out. Took bus to Pasir Ris Interchange and train all the way back to City Hall. Ricky and me then took 166 back home while Guang Hui took 195 from City Hall.

Whew.. Ok end of summation. hmm. already made the post short le =X Haha.

Shall stop here for now. This week will be an uneventful week as most of my friends are busy working. Hmm. Maybe I must oso start looking for a job. Soooo boring to stay at home! ><

Arrrgghh.. What the.. Stupid blogger prob. I was close to finishing writing the post for today when blogger suddenly came up wif a problem and now i have to retype everything twice >=(

Ok, just quickly sum up today's events. Lazy to write down everything for the THIRD time -.-

First things first, I finally managed to catch the movie L: Change the world today =DDD

Went to Plaza Singapura at 1pm today.. Supposed to meet Eileen there bud she SMS'ed saying she'll be late. So i went down to Dhoby Ghaut Zone-X to play DM for awhile to help pass time. Haha.

Finally when she came, we went to Cathay to buy the tickets.. And I saw my SJAB seniors Marcus and Kwok Kiong there. Haha. They din change much, so still able to recognise them after so long =D

As for the movie. Its realli nice! I think can be considered the best among the 3 Death Note-related movies I've watched XD Finally we get to see Detective L in action, and i mean real action. Running, jumping etc. Haha. And he still has that stupid mask on when he communicates wif K on the computer! Haha

When the movie finished at 5 20 liddat, Bryan SMS'ed me saying wanna me at PS. So we went there meet him. Watch him play IIDX then went to makan dinner at Ajisen Ramen. I had Chicken Teriyaki Ramen and its uber nice! Haha. Must go try it if u haven =P Dinner at Ajisen Ramen was under the sponsorship of Bryan. Haha. thx alot! =D

We then walked round PS to help digest the food faster before going to Swensens for 2nd round. At Swensens, we had the earthquake. Haha. Quite long nvr eat le. and 3 ppl sharing the earthquake is more than enuff! Good thing we managed to finish everything.

After dinner, we went home. Took train wif Bryan and Eileen all the way to Boon Lay before i make a u-turn back to JE to take 143 home.

Morning - Breakfast @ Clementi Mac, went to the Yamaha store and found out that the DTXpress III was SOLD OUT!! >.<
Afternoon - Headed to Bugis to play DM bud EAMUSE DOWN!! =.= Then headed to Dhoby Ghaut and found out that the hi hat faulty -.- Dunno who go tell me hi hat already repaired and the set is in good condition =.= zzz.
Nite time - Stay at home rot

This is a good example of a bad-luck day for me =(

Haiz.. Anyway, feel like watching L: Change the World... Hopefully before Monday. Bud seems that everyone is bz or unavailable. Haha. So sad.

Its been a week since I last blogged.

Doesn't feel like a week to me, feels as tho 2 or 3 days has just passed. Dunno why time flies so fast during holidays. Its already 21st of Febuary le. Soooo fast =(

Anyway, staying at home without any job or anything to do for the past week is realli, in one word, B-O-R-I-N-G!! -.- and i am realli sick of facing the comp or TV for the whole day!! So sian ar!! ><

But the good thing is that, next week will be a not-so-boring week. Haha! Going to my brozz Ricky's Chalet from 25th feb to 28th feb. So to everyone, I wun be online for that few days, so dun miss me ya? ^^ Haha. Oops. Maciam i veri popular liddat when i am not =X

As for this weekend, hmm. Friday shld be going over to Yong Zhi's hse if everything goes on as planned to play the DTXpress III. Then saturday maybe going to Gary's hse and oso to a toyfair at Toa Payoh later that day. Haha. Well, its been so long since i last looked at toys ^^

Finally woke up from a good nite's sleep =D

Yesh, i noe i am late. Now is oreadi 15th Feb le. Bud I just couldn't find time to blog. Gomenasai ^^

Ok, a summary of Valentine's Day ytd ->

Checklist of Things to do on V-day:

1. Push DM to 1.1k
2. Meet Clemz and Mani go rot
3. Meet Gary and Eileen and Yong zhi watch Jumper.

Supposed to meet my sec skl peeps Clemz and Mani at 10am for Gym training.. Bud i sprained my back so i din go. Stayed at home and sleep till 1pm plus.

After that headed down to Dhoby Ghaut.. Bought 3 movie tickets for Jumper @ $6 each! Thx alot NEBO! Haha. Its a pity Yong zhi last min say he cannot come =( Bud good thing he told me before i bought the tix. Haha. Then went to the Zone-X to spam DM. Finally, after playing 6-7 credits, I got to 1.1k!! LOL. Ok. i noe i am v noob. take so long just to reach 1.1k. Bud its still an achievement for me ^^

Met Clemz and Mani after DM'ing at PS Yamaha. They asked me along cuz they tink 2 guys going out on V-day is weird ^^ Well well well. It is perfectly okie one. Haha.

Anyway, we rot arnd PS and Cathay before we finally decided to go play pool at Paradiz Centre. Haha. Of cuz the pool game sucks.. I keep missing my shots. Can't realli blame. I oni play pool for fun =X

At arnd 7 20 liddat, had to rush back to meet Eileen at Dbg MRT stn. Supposed to meet at 7 30 bud she came earlier so bo bian ^_^ Haha. And I saw Bing Hui (a guy who plays dota wif me and my frens, oso went same GEMS in poly)!! omg! Why is the world so small siah. Eileen and Bing Hui are friends. tsk tsk tsk.

So Bing Hui left quickly. Haha. din even wanna say hi to me. well nvm him.. So me and Eileen went PS walk walk + rot till Gary came at 8 plus. We then left to Meridian for dinner under the sponsorship of Gary!! Haha Thx man. The Jap food was delicious =P

After makan, we went to Carrefour at PS to buy drinks for the movie. The Drinks at cinemas so ex >.<>< Bud surprisingly not too bad. Din have any neck pains after the show.

Jumper is damm shiok sia. I luv the teleporting effects. The storyline is oso quite interesting. Bud shall not elaborate further. Dun wanna be the spoiler for ppl who haven watch yet XD

After the mov, it is oreadi like 11 20. So we chionged to MRT.. Good thing everyone is going west. Haha. Gary alighted at Redhill while I took train all the way to Gombak wif Eileen. Then from there took cab home.

Its been a week since i finished my ITP. One week passed so quickly. And I managed to find some time to blog today =D

Herein is a breakdown of the past week(or rather, the more eventful days) after ITP

Monday(28th Jan):

Went back school wif Jackson to do some jogging.. Haha. After 3 years of slacking, I have trouble running even 3 rds. Omg!! After 3 rds, already feel dizzy.. Wonder what will happen to me when I go NS in my present fitness level -.-

After running, oso tried some pullups. Haha. As usual.. Veri cmi. I can't even do a single pull up. Haiz.. Dunno what's wrong wif me siah. Doing pullups last time doesn't seem to be a prob to me. At least Jackson still can do 1 or 2. Which is not bad.

Headed to lab to play dota. lol. well, coming to school during hols is just to play. And Clarence aka sales was oso there. Haha. Nearly lost to the AI players cuz i haven played for so long already. Kinda rusty =(

Played all the way till lab closed.. After that we wenta FC4 to makan dinner. Haha. miss the food there. Haven been there for the entire sem =X

After dinner, we left school of cuz.. Took bus 11 from dover all the way to queenstown and from there I took bus 195 back home to zzz. V tired. LOL

Wednesday(30th Jan):

My friends Gary and wei keong had their last paper todae.. So me and Jackson went school to slack wif them after they finished their papers. Guess what? Seeing them = MVC!! Haha. And Gary realli improved alot for MVC. beat me 4 times in a row -.- Or maybe becos i tui pu too much already? =/

Oso played 2 games of dota as usual =X 2v2 Me and Jackson vs Gary and wei keong. Won 1 rd and lost the other..

After lab closed, it was kinda boring as we had trouble deciding where to go. In the end, wondered arnd the school. Went to moberly block to play LAN bud the LAN shop already closed -.- oso went library slack until 8pm before going home.

As usual, took bus 11 wif Jackson from Dover to Queenstown, suddenly Gary(DM Gary, not the school one =X) called ask me go Bugis DM. Haha. So I took 145 to Bugis from queesntown. Omg. The journey is like 40 over mins long. -.-

Played abit of DM at bugis after that. Din realli feel like playing much cuz i was very sleepy. Keep dozing off when Gary was playing =X haha.

Thursday(31st Jan):

Accompanied Wei Keong and Gary to Fitness First club at Tanjong Pagar. Went there to exercise, and work out. Running, weight lift, swim etc. Haha. Quite fun and of cuz I could use the exercise.

Stayed there from 2pm till 6pm before we went to have dinner. After dinner, we went Mustafa Shopping centre to shop for CNY clothes. Since i had no $$, of cuz i can oni do window shopping.. =( And the place had this weird policy where security guards will secure ur bag wif some kind of lock when u enter the shopping centre. Realli weird. After we left, had to go to the counter to ask them help us open the locks -.- shld just put alarm mah. So troublesome for what i oso dunno. lol.

Saturday(2nd Feb):

Went to the NTU talks at Suntec. Supposed to meet Bryan and Eileen at City Hall MRT at 12pm. In the end, Bryan said he got something at home so could not reach in time. The funny thing is Eileen reached at 12 10 liddat bud I didn't meet her cuz I dun recognise her(or rather, I haven seen her before). So had to wait till Bryan reached before we cleared things up. Which was arnd 12 30. lol.

When we reached suntec convention centre, it was arnd 1pm. Just nice for the starting time of the talks. Since there are no talks that me and Bryan are interested in at this timeslot, we went makan instead. Eileen went to her own Business and computing talk and met her frens there..

After makan, me and Bryan went to the NIE talks at about 2pm. Quite interesting acutally. lol. After the talk, we went Suntec arcade. Play till 4pm then we rushed back to attend another talk on Math Science and math econs. And that talk was sooo boring and long!! -___-

After the talks, we went Marina Sq rot till about 6 30 before going for dinner at Yuki Yaki's. lol. At that time Yong Zhi came and join us. I oni managed to eat abit. Dunno why whenever i go steamboat or bbq, always feel veri full -_-

Bryan then left halfway to meet his gf aka imprisonment. Haha. so I asked Gary to come join us since he haven makan yet. And he is realli a big eater. Finishing 5-7 plates of food all by himself 0rz

Sat there and rot after makaning till Bryan came back before we all had ice cream. Hmm.. the ice cream i realli dunno how to say. but it tastes weird. Not like normal ice cream to me. After eating a few scoops, i din feel like eating more =P

After eating dinner, went marina sq arcade see ppl play game till 11pm liddat before we went back home. Gary and Bryan wanna go Bugis bud i din follow them. Haha.

Whew.. Finally finished summarising the last week's events.. Sorry for the lengthy post. I am veri lousy at making long sentences short =X

After so long, I finally have abit of time to revive this already-dead blog. LoL

Firstly, due to STM, I can't realli recall what i did these few weeks. So wun be able to write much abt the events that happened. Gomenasai ^_^"

Attachment is finally over! XD Haha. 4 months man.. Pass without me knowing it. So glad now can finally take a little break for maybe 2 months or so?

And finally, Poly is over liao. OoOo. Time realli flies i suppose? Haha. Looking back at that time when i finished sec skl, it doesn't feel as though it is 3 years ago. Feels more like a few months to me.

Working as usual... Couldn't wait for the work to end. Hehe. After work, went down to Excelsior shopping centre to get the Juggernaut figurine that I've always wanted since I started playing MVC. Cost me $130.... T_T *waves goodbye to my pay* Anyway, it weighs over 1.6 kg. Too heavy to put inside my bag. Haha. So later when i got home, of cuz got scolded by parents for buying such an expensive stuff =/

Saturday 8th Dec

Watched the Golden Compass wif Ah Fook. Supposed to meet at 2 45pm at DBG MRT station.. In the end, ah fook called at 2 45 saying he just left home -.- lol. As usual. And what a suay day, wanted to watch the 5pm show bud then the tickets were sold out. So in the end had to take the 7 30 show. Haiz..

Overall, the show was great. I like the graphics especially the "Ice Bear". Dotz. Dunno why they were called ice bears when they look completely similar to polar bears -_- Well. Its oni a show. Haha. The ending seems so exciting.. With Lyra alongside the witches, Lee Scoresby, Iorek Byrnison, and Serafina saying that she will battle with the evil and find Lord Asreil.

I think there's gonna be a sequel to this flim.. Hopefully it will be better than the original. Haha. Waiting waiting...

Hmm.. Nothing much going on.. Basically the weather on sunday was the worst. One moment it was sunny, the next moment, a heavy rain came. Which is why i caught a cold. When i was waiting for a bus downstairs, it was raining so heavily that the entire bus stop was almost flooded. And when i reached my destination, the sun was up. -_-

On monday, woke up with sore throat, I knew that i am gonna fall sick again. No doubt. And worse still, it was accompanied wif running nose. Soooo hard to work wif running nose and a throat hurting as though I've swallowed barb wire ><

Tuesday 11th Dec - Wednesday 12th Dec

The throat was still painful on tues.. Bud decided to head to work anywayz... As usual, work work work until lunch. After lunch, suddenly felt veri dizzy. Like as though gonna faint. And my forehead was burning hot.. Well. Fever is coming liao. Haiz

On wed, i decided not to go work. Wenta polyclinic to see doc to get MC. Haha. The wait is realli omg. Went there at 8am and finished everything at 10am!! 2 hours long!! Bukit Merah Polyclinic is realli cmi.

At nite, went to watch Enchanted wif Ah Fook. Haha. That's the show that I've wanted to watch since i saw the trailer months ago. Yea and today finally got to watch it.

All i can say abt tis show is oni --> GREAT! Haha. Lots of hilarious gags. And the chipmunk is sooo cute. Haha. Love it lots! I am thinking of getting the DVD for this movie when it comes out. Its one of the few movies where i can watch over and over again XD

Its a thursday!! Man i hate thursdays to the core.. Altho I dunno why.. Maybe i am just veri suay on thursdays.. haha

anyway, wenta watch Hitman today at Grand Cathay wif Adam and Sing Thai. Well.. this movie ar.. Firstly I feel that its too short. The show started at 7 45 liddat and ended at 9 10 -.- which is oni 1 hr and 25 mins.. Fortunately, the tickets oni cost $6. Haha. So still got abit of money left for tml XD

On the story side. its oni average i shld say.. Lots of action but it doesn't come wif a really good story. So for this movies, maybe I'll give it 3 stars out of 5 ba. For ppl who already watched all movies except this or ppl who love spy movies, well, u've found what you have been looking for =X

Speaking of which, I've still yet to watch the movie Enchanted!! Grrrr~ Who wanna go watch wif me sia?? I am dying to watch it!! XD

Tml is realli gonna be a shag day for me.. Gotta go CMPB tml for my NS medical checkup at 1pm. Damm stupid sia. Still must bring so many stuff. Health booklet, IC medical reports etc. And still must report in PT kit -_- Lame sia. Nvr go do physical activities still must wear as though u are going to do one. Haiz

Friday 16 Nov 2007:

For morning.. as usual.. Went to work at Changi Airport. Haha. Everyday same routine. After finishing work, headed down to Plaza Singapura to watch the movie --> Lars And The Real Girl

Hmm.. This movie is about a nerd name Lars.. Buying a RealDoll thinking that it is his best company. He brings her everywhere. To Church services, clinics, parks and even graveyards. Haha. There are lots of gags as usual. And I laughed quite a lot... But the "backend" of the story is more of the main Character Lars using(or rather) the RealDoll Bianca as a company, a friend etc.

He feels "pain" when ppl touch him at the beginning of the flim. As time goes by, he learns to socialise wif others and his need for the RealDoll Bianca gradually lessens.

Can't realli explain much about the chim chim philosophies. Haha. At least that's what my friend told me about the movie. =X

For the weekend:

Nothing much.. Was planning to go running to prepare for NAPFA test bud in the end, din go cuz too nua alr =X OMG! NAPFA is coming and i still can't even do 20 sit ups!! X( sure fail tis time! T_T then have to go in NS earlier. Haizzz

After a "hard" week of work, its time for a movie again! XD

Ok. wenta Cathay at dhoby ghaut to watch The Game Plan wif my sec skl frenz Clemz, Mani, Junius and Akram.

That was one of the most hilarious movies i watched this month. Finally managed to laughed abit tis whole week =/

Basically, this movie just shows Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock being reduced from Hero to Zero. He is a football star that has everything he wants.. But is screwed up when a little girl claiming to be his daughter arrives at his doorstep one veri normal day.

The movie goes on to show how the relationship between the 2 develops. Overall, I would say its quite a nice movie. Packed wif lots of gags. And like any Disney stories, it has an happy ending of cuz =P I will recommend u all to watch it if u haven. Dun miss it! XD

And now is already like 5 weeks into my attachment.. Haha. Getting quite used to taking the long distance buses everyday from my place. Only bad stuff now is the journey back home.. Esp when i reach dhoby ghaut.

For example on thursday... I was at really "stuck" at dhoby ghaut for 1 hr 30 mins after i alighted from bus 36 which i took from Changi Airport.. At dhoby ghaut, there wasn't a bus which i can take other than 65. And every bus took 20 mins to come. When they come, the buses are so packed until there's no more space for me to board, so i had to keep waiting till 8+

I wanted to take the MRT home.. Bud as I entered the station, I heard this announcement saying the train service will be disrupted. Crap.. So i am realli stuck.. Can't take neither the bus nor the train. Damm!!

That's realli the worst day.. I've decided to alight at Bedok and take bus 197 or 196 which doesn't pass by Orchard or Dhoby. Hopefully wun be as crowded.

Anyway, recently, there's nothing much in mi life. Everyday is just work then eat then sleep. Realli no life for ITP students in SP. The only thing for me to look forward to now is my veri veri low monthly allowance (I dun even wanna call it pay =X) coming tomorrow. Haha. Finally i will have at least 3 digits in my bank acct. Even if oni for a short while. Well, its an achievement for me at least XD

ITP --> The scourge of the entire poly course

I dunno is it becos of the system or izzit just me.. Bud i find that ITP is screwed up tis sem.

Lyk the last post mentioned, some ppl have little or lack any sense of direction. I live so far at south and... bleh bleh bleh ...u post me to east side. ok shan't talk much about this anymore.

Can't even see that Telok Blangah is located at the south-west and Changi Airport is located at the East. It realli sets me thinking how this person can get such a good job despite his or her poor sense of direction?? Maybe companies luv to employ ppl who dun have sense of direction? I don't have much comments on this -_-

After i started to get used to waking up even before the sun rises, taking long distance buses etc. Today my LO visited us asking about our work condition and stuff. Then say might wanna change company cuz we nvr do any programming -_- If u noe no programming, why post us into this place and make us waste 3-4 weeks of our time before saying wanna change again??

And I HATE programming =X ooops.

Seriously, i dun mind working at Changi Airport for the rest of the 15 weeks to come. And I dun like changing enviroments becos of lame reasons. If wanna change, might as well change at the very beginning of ITP. If wanna wait till week 4 or 5 then change, that's a big nono for me. Period!

So much for the first 2 weeks of ITP.. How am I gonna tong the next 15 weeks to come if things keep going this way??

Haiz haiz. Realli bwg about my ITP this sem.. Everyday have to report to work at Changi Airport at 8.30am everyday sia!! -_-

At first say report to Yio Chu Kang, oreadi make me sian 1/2 liao. Now still ask me go to Changi aka the eastern end of singapore. Stupid SP, why ask ppl for their area of preference for ITP when u are not even going to listen. Ppl ask for SOUTH and WEST, you give NORTH and EAST -_- Maybe to some ppl, north is south and east is west @.@ realli dun understand them la.

Thankfully, for the first day, the job was still ok.. Basically the ppl there are quite friendly. Haha. And for no programming so far (thank god). Bud then. Its still too early to say anything.. Pray Pray must tide over this 17 weeks!! Haha. After this 17 weeks, I will be freed from hell! XD

My uneventful holidays that is. So fast now already at Poly year 3 sem 2 liao. One more sem to go before graduation(Provided I dun fail anything this sem and next sem). Before i noe it, 2 1/2 years has oreadi passed. Ooo Time flies indeed. Haha. Anyway now is holidays and its halfway over le T_T Haven realli had any chance to enjoy myself or go on any outings that my frenz organized.

Just when I thought I can relax abit for 2 days after my FYP presentation, here comes another stupid misfortune!!

One of the Lappies that our FYP group borrowed from school is GONE!! Omg. Actually, I sort of left it under the comp desk and we rushed of to do our FYP presentation. Its oni after the presentation that we discovered that we had only 1 laptop with us and not 2.

Haiz. Junze always seem to give me bad luck each time he runs into *um-hum* someone =X Haha jkjk. Its still my fault la. Since I was the last person holding on to it. Blame it on my stupid memory -_- Hopefully the person who found it will have the conscience to return it to the comtechs. He or she wun be able to get away with it since there are cameras in the lab =)

Apart from the stupid laptop thingy. Our FYP presentation today was not realli fantastic. There were lots of loopholes in our project and throughout the 1-hr presentation, its mostly shooting time by the lecturers esp that UZAAR. lol

Anyway, now that FYP is over le, can finally take a little breather before the stupid ELIT paper on friday. Oni got 2 days to study for it and there are so many laws to remember >.<

Yoz ppl. Spending one whole day at home is pure boredom! Lol. Nothing much I can do other than watch TV and stare at comp. Anywayz, today I shall talk abit about Pokemon Trading Card Game since I've got nothing better to do =P

Here's what the game is about:

The game is centered on the concept of the Pokémon battle. All Pokémon cards have attacks and Hit Points (HP); by doing damage to the opponent's Pokémon equal to their Hit Points, the player can knock them out and send them to the discard pile.

Ok. This deck kicks asses. I tried playing it with different decks and all ended up beaten flat.

The powerhouses of this deck

Blastoise Ex From Fire Red Leaf Green Set: Energy Rain enables player to keep attaching water energy to their pokemon. Deadly combos can build up quickly at the cost of 10 dmg.

As for the attack Hyper whirlpool.. It allows the user to discard the energy cards of the defending pokemon if they keep getting heads. Well. Good luck to the opponent if u get 4 heads. 4 energy cards gone. Lol.

Main disadvantage of this card: Opponent gets to draw 2 prize cards if Blastoise Ex is knocked out.

Shining Latias From EX Deoxys Set: Shooting star does a good 150 dmg to pokemon-ex. Good for 1-hit K.Os since most pokemon Exs' hp are 150 or below. Has resistance to psychic and fighthing type. Another advantage of this card is that opponent does not draw 2 prize cards if they knocked latias out. Hehe. Only weakness is colorless.

Lugia Ex From the Unseen Forces Set: The main damager of this deck. 200 dmg for 3 different energy cards. In this case. It can knock out almost any pokemon. Except Wailord Ex(200 Hp) from the Ex SandStorm set with a defender. lol.

Steelix Ex From Unseen Forces Set: Poison Resistance. Nice Poke-body. Gives it immunity to poison. Its attacks are also great. Metal charge does 70 dmg to opp and 10 dmg to itself for just 3 energy. And the ultimate power move is the Mudslide which does 100 dmg to any of ur opp's pokemon for 2 fighthing energy.

Disadvantages of this card will be its high retreat cost and its weaknesses to both fire and fighthing. So if a pokemon that is both Fire and Fighthing type damages it, it does 4x dmg -_-

Pidgeot From Fire Red Leaf Green Set: Main purpose of this card is to use its Quick Search Pokemon Power to search for ANY card. Good for finding cards like holon's magneton or electrode for providing energy.

energies rather than battle. 1 of these pokemon + a normal energy attached to Lugia Ex is sufficient to use its Elemental Blast. After these pokemon go into the discard pile, use the pokemon retriever to put them back to the deck. Hehe

Basically. This is the deck with one of the most perfect combos that I've seen. Almost unstoppable oso. Hehe. Anyway, i did some modifications to the deck. Here's what I changed:

Onix - Originally in B-L-S

Lets see. The Onix used in B-L-S has 80 hp. A stupid 10-or-nothing attack. Not that good imo.

Onix - In BLaSt!

This Onix provides higher hp, a better attack (able to do 10 dmg to 2 pokemon for just an energy)

2 Pidgeottos Instead of one

Reduces the need for Rare Candies. Which can be useful when playing of trainer cards is disabled.

3 Plusle Instead of 4

Since its purpose is to only get more basic pokemon, there's isn't a need for 4 of them. Save a space for better cards ^^

Added POW! Hand Extention

Its main purpose is to either move and energy from opponent's active pokemon to one of his benched pokemon or to switch his active pokemon with 1 of his benched pokemon. Good for disrupting combos or slowing down combo building.

2 Professor Elm's Training Method instead of 1

Gives better search power. Increases chance of getting out evolution cards like Pidgeot, Holon's pokemon and Blastoise.

Phew. I am quite surprised to see that the game has changed so much compared to the last time. Older decks dun stand a chance against the newer decks. Most older pokemon require lots of energies to power up for dmg. New cards can do MORE dmg with lesser energy cards. Haha.

GEMS test @ 12 30pm. Nooo. Haven done any preparation or whatsoever. Have a feeling that I will doing badly for this test T_T

After one test, comes another interview --> SMAD interview @ 3pm. I sort of forgot the changes that I've made to the program given by the lecturer. Hmm. So maybe must ginger aka the pro do all the explaining. Just sit there watch show =X Hehehe.

Tuesday

WEBS interview @ 11 30. Damm. So early. Can't watch my favourite drama at 10 am on tues. Haiz.. Summore still have to submit a 2-page report. Sian Sian Sian.

After WEBS interview comes FYP presentation!! Have to wear the stupid formal shirt again. So damm hot. Anyway, after tuesday, can finally throw FYP one side le. Muahahahaha~

Hmm.. Nothing on for that day. Thank god. Time to pia ELIT!

Thursday

National day! yay. Can rest at home and maybe study for my ELIT test. Damm. 2 days hw to cover all the stupid Laws?? >.<

Friday

Imo, that's gonna be the worst day this week. ELIT test! Heard that things NOT covered in the lecture slides are gonna appear in the paper. Unfortunately, I've been missing quite a few lectures. So most probably I will miss out lots of "tips" that Clarence Ng gave during those lectures T_T.

Yesh. Next week will oso be the last week of school. So fast oreadi one sem almost over le. Time realli flies. Haha. To those taking ELIT this coming friday. All the best for ur test! Must all pass so that we wun see Clarence Ng Next sem!! XD Jia you!

Down wif flu again. zzz. I dunno why this year i am so dao mei. Fall sick for 6 times oreadi -.-

Funny thing is, the sickness is always happening in a chain reaction. First there will be sore throat, then fever, and finally cough and nasal congestion aka blocked nose -.- Maybe its becos of the weather changing so much recently. One moment you feel hot, the next moment, it starts to rain and becomes friggin cold. Haiz what to do? We can't control the weather anyway =(

Ok.. So much for the flu thingy..

For school stuff.. Hmm.. There's this friend of mine. Whenever i say hi, this friend will give me this "very very frightened" look. Come on, Its not like I am gonna eat anyone up or something. LOL. I am veri friendly one n_n oops.

Other than that.. Assignment deadlines are around the corner. Now is already week 13.. or i shld say week 14 on monday le. And most of my assignments like FYP, WEBS is due on week 15 and 16. T_T Fortunately, ELIT is over after we had our presentation last thursday =D Left 1 week plus to finish up all the crap work >.<

Hmm.. shall stop for now. In the mean time, jia you to everyone who is trying to pia assignments. Hope u guys can complete them! XD

TRANSFORMERS!! and stuff

Hehe. Wenta watch transformers on Wed wif my poly friends Cara, Junze, Sales, Ah Fook, Isaac, Samuel and Siling. The movie was just great. I love their graphics and the animation, though the movie was rather draggy. I fell asleep for 10 mins or so during the movie due to taking medicine earlier =X

We finished watching arnd 8pm if i remember correctly, wenta Long John Silvers at MacDonald house for dinner. Chit chatted there and crapped arnd. All of a sudden, Sales showed a video which he caught me dozing off to everyone. Damm u sales!! =X

Lastly, arnd 10, its home sweet home again. The whole grp took train home, oni Isaac and Fook and me took bus. Hehe

Apart from transformers movie, there's this stupid sick feeling that has been haunting me for weeks man! I just feel nauseaous for no reason. And the feeling won't stop all day long. Its been around for 2 or 3 weeks oreadi. Since the start of the term break till now. I was so paranoid that i thought i had diabetes after checking the signs and symptoms. But fortunately, its not. And everything just disappeared today. Hehe. I am feeling much better now =)

Haiz. Recently can't improve for my DM.. Well my GF skills are still the same. Heng heng can maintain.
Thank god for that =p

Life is soooo miserable w/o my tapz card.. Now can't go zone-X le.. And all my kakis are either away or busy now. So can't borrow their cards T_T How I wish zone-X uses the coin system. Haha.. More reliable than the stupid card system.. Money kenna eaten, bud no credit -.-

As for $$.. Managed to snatch a day's work with Darlie last wednesday at Expo. Hehe. The job was rather relaxing compared to my Copthorne days -.- Basically it was just moving some goods and arranging them. Muahaha. 40 bucks for a 4 hr job =X Summore oso wenta dinner at BK, sponsored by Darlie's contact Jess. Hehe. Realli wanna thank her for the meal bud then always no chance. haha. After work, stayed back and chatted wif Jess aka our boss =X Haha. Got so much to chat wif her until I din realise that i chatted till 10pm+ ^_^ "

Anyway now is holidays le.. A 2 week holiday.. Hmm.. Shld be enuff for me to rest abit then study for my MST.. Hell.. This sem, alot of modules i dun realli understand.. Esp ELIT and SMAD these 2 killer modules. HEELLLLPPP T_T And why are tests placed RIGHT AFTER holidays?? Defeats the purpose of the word "TERM BREAK". What's a term break when we have to worry ourselves nuts?? -.-

Bohemian Like You Extreme Full Combo SS. Yesh, I noe the perfect rate is shitty. But it is my first SS afterall XD

Circles Extreme Full Combo S. Used 2 attempts to Full combo this. Again perfect rate is not of my ideal target.. But who cares as long as it is in my skill list? Haha =X

Chouttokyu Extreme Full Combo 1 good!!! Now I absolutely have no idea where that good came from. Its so irritating!! >=(

Glamorous Sky Extreme Full Combo 1 good. Rather expected that the good will pop out. Hopefully can SS in the future ^^
